There were 9 of us, including a toddler. The extra cottage space for our brother, his wife and 2 year old was excellent for the rest of us. The living room was spacious with a large dining room table for us to eat at all times. The kitchen was stocked really well. There was enough parking for multiple cars. There were plenty of towels and pillows. The AC units were in all the rooms and that was very helpful. It was walking distance from restaurants and shopping stores, as well the beach and athletic club (little bit farther), but overall a great area for being IN the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! Air conditioning in every room was so great! We had plenty of room to gather as a family and play! The outside shower was very convenient. Washer and dryer were so useful as we stayed for a week and weee able to reuse towels and clothing. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots and pans and serving items we needed. It was wonderful. The location is beautiful and convenient with shopping nearby and lots of places to eat within walking distance. We only have one complaint and that is the silverware and dishes were sometimes dirty out of the cabinet and we had to rewash them before using. Probably because whoever put them away last didn’t notice they weren’t really clean. Other than that no complaints and many thank you’s! We would happily stay there again!

Great property for families! Every room with their own bathroom was a huge bonus! Close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The few minor problems were fixed immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for our large family group. Everyone had space and privacy along with space to gather together to eat and enjoy the house. The kitchen was great for making meals, with plenty of serving dishes and things needed for our group. The walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach was wonderful. Our one minor problem was addressed quickly. We loved our stay, leaving with many happy memories.

The stay was perfect for a family of 11. We had a great time and location to the ocean. Unfortunately we were there during the Kona Arorm but we looked at as an adventure and a phenomenal memory. Athletic club was super fun, would have like to be able to have day of departure included in the stay. But all worked out Mahalo

Kitchen had overabundance of some things but missing others. No toaster oven and broken toaster. Broken screen door and bedroom door. Hot tub was fine. Rooms were nice. House was spacious and ping pong table was nice.

The property was lovely. The kitchen was great and there were lots of little conveniences, like beach chairs, snorkel gear, etc in the shed. The downfall of this property is the frequent visitors for maintenance/repair work. Additionally, several times we were told someone was coming that didn’t show at the time they were supposed to be there. Taking care of maintenance before guests arrive would be far more advantageous.

We had the best week in Kauai. We came for my mom’s 80th birthday and we had 11 people total in the house and we fit just fine. The kids (ages 16, 15, 14, 13, 10) were happy to be out in the guest house and we had 6 adults in the main house, everyone was comfortable and happy. The kitchen was big enough to make our meals, we even made a Thanksgiving ham on the grill outside. We were able to walk to the beach if we were going for a quick visit or we drove the few minutes to Kiahuna beach and there was ample parking. The shopping center next door was a quick walk too. Overall it was one of the best weeks and the kids are already asking to go back next year!

The property was beautiful, clean and convenient. It accommodated our entire family and we did not feel cramped. It was well supplied with cooking implements, linens and beach items etc. The location was very convenient. Overall we were extremely pleased and would stay there again! The only reason that I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was due to a plumbing issue that could not be resolved during our stay. Communication and attempt to resolve the matter was timely.

Property is in a great location for beach, golf, shopping and trips to other Kauai activities. Nicely maintained with most all amenities included. We booked the house and cottage for our family of 12 and enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommend this property !

This property is breathtaking inside and out. We enjoyed the hot tub and game room in the evenings. Coffee on the front and back lanai. This beautiful home is so close to everything in Poipu, beaches, snorkeling and the historic town of Koloa. We walked to the Sheraton to catch a sunrise and saw turtles in the waves. The Athletic club was a great time for all, pool with slide and amazing pulled pork nachos, pina coladas and Mai Tais! There were also several nearby markets. Had such an amazing time. We really loved our time here and would highly recommend. It's extremely walkable to a swim/snorkel spot, sunsets every night, and a shopping area. The house is lovely, especially the landscaping. It was a great spot for our big family to gather and chill. There is also a large variety of beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, snorkel gear, etc. which was clutch. So grateful for the memories made here.
